About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Ricki's. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading day-to-day store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and team leadership
  • Drive business results through coaching and encouraging customer-focused sales associates and leaders
  • Oversee store operations, including shift task organization and store opening and closing duties
  • Execute all merchandising, marketing, and visual presentation aspects of the store according to our standards and directives
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment for our teams and customers
  • Secure company assets with strong loss prevention skills and awareness
  • Provide leadership to the store team; providing guidance, coaching, and training to your team so they can achieve great results
Requirements
  • Experienced retail supervisor with a proven track record of motivating, training, and coaching others to success
  • Strong retail and business acumen, with excellent sales skills and a commitment to ensuring amazing customer experiences
  • Committed to teamwork and able to apply our philosophy that "none of us is as good as all of us"
  • Able to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move and handle boxes of merchandise (weighing up to 30 pounds) and fixtures throughout the store
  • Flexible availability, with a willingness to work a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
