Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Kal Tire in Regina, SK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate hiring, training, and performance management of store staff.
  • Enhance customer relations and improve communication skills.
  • Support the store manager with daily operations and implement strategies to drive engagement.
  • Manage administrative duties, including payables, cash reports, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement plans and ensure completion of supporting activities.
Requirements:
  • A valid Driver's License.
  • A high school diploma/GED equivalent and some management training (preferred).
