About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Northgate Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the latest products and promotions.
  • Scheduling and Workforce Management: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, minimizing labor costs and maximizing productivity.
  • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inventory Control and Organization: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that our store is always organized and efficient.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that our store is a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
