The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a self-motivated Workload Automation Specialist, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and improves business process using automation tools.

As a Workload Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating batch jobs using Broadcom (CA) ESP dSeries Workload Automation and automating existing processes using enterprise batch scheduling tool (CA WLA) and Microsoft's Power Platform.

You will collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams in supporting operational activities and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with workflow design and batch processing using Broadcom (CA) ESP dSeries Workload Automation or equivalent scheduling tools such as Control-M
  • Former Technical Software Analyst, IT Support Analyst, Application Support, Application Operations, Batch Specialist, or relevant experience
  • Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
  • Can work the night shift
  • Can demonstrate a critical thinking process, is innovative
  • Excels at organization, planning and time management skills
  • Independently gather requirements and manage road bumps along the way
  • Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changes
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment on larger projects
  • Knowledge of Java Script, SQL Queries, SFTP, Servers/network - standard knowledge, ITIL, SDLC and Compliance
