Digital Process Automation Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of process automation strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process automation solutions using tools like Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and customers, to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process innovation and automation.
  • Represent Scotiabank's values of trust, customer success, innovation, and equality in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of process automation tools and technologies, including Pegasystems, Power Automate, and Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience with delivery strategy, governance, and management.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present to both business and technical executives.
