**Lifemark Seniors Wellness** is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team in providing exceptional care to seniors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of our clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information to ensure the highest level of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with referral sources, stakeholders, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.

**Requirements:**

  • Registration with the Provincial College of Physiotherapists.
  • Graduate of a recognized university Physiotherapy degree program.
  • ADP authorization required.
  • Valid Vulnerable Sector screening check (within 6 months).
  • Proof of Tuberculin (2-Step Mantoux Test) clearance.
