Residential Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Painter to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As a Residential Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Surface Preparation: Clean and sand surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
- Painting: Apply paint to interior and exterior surfaces using various techniques.
- Equipment and Machinery: Operate brush painting, conventional spray painting, and roller painting equipment.
- Surface Preparation Experience: Drywall taping/patching, water/hydroblasting, steam cleaning, flame cleaning, and sandblasting.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work.
- Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, reliability, and team player.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 35 hours per week.
