Residential Construction Painter

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Painter to join our team at Proper Care Services Inc. As a Residential Construction Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and painting surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
- Mix and apply paint to desired color and texture.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls.
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages and attach rigging.
- Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimate costs and materials.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting and construction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
