We are seeking a skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager, Digital Innovation to join our team at TikTok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and innovation in our digital marketing operations.

Job Description

This is a unique chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for creativity, collaboration, and community building. As a Strategic Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic partnerships, media, advertising, tech, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the creation and publication of engaging content for TikTok's B2B channels, including newsletters, case studies, social media, and publications.
  • Develop and lead post-campaign and event measurement strategies, highlighting business impact, identifying key learnings, and optimization recommendations.
  • Support sales teams with external relationships with key clients executing programs and campaigns.
  • Design and manage a B2B marcomms editorial calendar to organize and guide internal and external communications that activate brand narratives through content, partnerships, and campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance and use data to inform ways to optimize and innovate new formats.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the department, including status documents, internal outreach, sales trackers, customized sales toolkits, deck builds, and communication updates.
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners within GBS, GBM, and XFN teams.
  • Create and distribute internal communications, including bi-weekly newsletters and team updates.
  • Support cross-functional teams in executing go-to-market programs, including hosting kick-off calls, managing workback schedules, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Support diverse event activations that create a differentiated experience.
  • Manage payable needs for the department, including invoicing, billing, and contract deadlines.
  • Regularly contribute to creative brainstorming and package development for the department.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnerships, media, advertising, tech, and/or marketing.
  • A proven track record of delivering creative and effective campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities.
  • Experience and confidence in partnerships and relationship building, engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Able to complete tasks with attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and technology.
  • Strong writing, note-taking, and communication skills.

  • Natural curiosity for the media and entertainment industry, with a passion for content.
  • A self-starter who can keep themselves motivated in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizations and not afraid to ask questions.
