About This Opportunity

V-Soft Consulting seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Development Manager. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently increase revenue by acquiring new staffing, digital, and infrastructure business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters: Partner with recruiting teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer requisitions.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Research and identify potential new business opportunities and develop relationships with current customers.
  • Meet Targets: Meet weekly appointment activity and revenue growth targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in servicing, supporting, developing, and generating new business and major accounts.
  • Skills: Extensive sales experience, strong technical staffing background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong organizational skills.
