Server Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a Server, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Perform cleaning duties and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Promote and track a la carte and wine service sales, adhering to prescribed procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Grade 10 minimum education required.
  • Smart Serve designation and one year experience in dining room service.
  • Proven customer service skills and excellent command of verbal and written English language.
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team.
  • All applicants must successfully pass the prescribed Vulnerable Sector Check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Safe Food Handling Certification.
