Food and Beverage Server Professional

Lucky’s A La Carte is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Server to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest standards of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Preparing and serving specialty food at customers’ tables, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
Describing menu items, including daily specials, to customers and making recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
Providing advice on menu selections to suit customers’ preferences and dietary needs.
Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Greeting patrons, presenting menus, and making recommendations to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Serving food and beverages with a smile, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
