Job Description

Canus Transportation is seeking a skilled Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our drivers, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor driver performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Train and Develop: Train and develop drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Safety: Ensure that all drivers are following safety protocols and procedures, minimizing the risk of accidents and injuries.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
