Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team at CHAHAL BROS TRANSPORT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising drivers and projects, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and submit reports on driver performance, project status, and other relevant metrics.
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands and company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Language

The primary language of communication is English.
