We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at 2717161 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers.
- Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
- Food Safety and Quality Control: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong culinary skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
