Job Title: Psychiatric Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Registered Nurse to join our team at KYND International. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to children and adolescents in a 32-bed facility.

Job Summary:

The Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides direct patient care, develops and implements individualized care plans, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure
  • Successful completion of the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
  • Ability to obtain ACLS and American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 6 months of hire
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $39-44 USD/hour (54 - 61 CAD/hour)
  • Up to 2k in reimbursement for relocation expenses
