Job Title: Psychiatric Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at KYND International. As a Psychiatric Nurse, you will provide professional nursing care to children and adolescents in a 32-bed facility. You will work closely with a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and treatment options
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
* Current Registered Nurse licensure
* Successfully passed the National Council Licensure Exam-RN (NCLEX-RN)
* Must obtain ACLS & American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of hire
What We Offer:
* Competitive salary range: $39-44 USD/hour (54 - 61 CAD/hour)
* Up to 2k in reimbursement for relocation expenses
* Opportunity for EB-3 green card sponsorship upon renewal of a 2-year contract
* Credential evaluation, visa screen, work visa, nurse license, and airfare to the United States covered by Kynd International, along with employer support from job interview to first day on the job
* Direct employment with the hospital
