We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Tableau Bar Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary team, including cooks, chefs, and other kitchen staff.
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our team members.
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Plan menus and ensure that all food meets our high quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience.
