Job Title: Regional Communications Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Communications Director to join our team at JML Trading Company Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for our products or services
  • Develop events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
  • Develop communication strategies to engage with our target audience
  • Direct the development and maintenance of our organization's Internet and intranet sites
  • Direct the marketing strategies of our establishments
  • Direct the production of educational and publicity programs and informational materials
  • Direct the team on crucial information they should gather and research
  • Establish distribution networks for our products and services
  • Evaluate our organization's Internet presence
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Evaluate the marketing strategies used by our establishments
  • Implement communication strategies and programs
  • Oversee the preparation of written material for website content
  • Publicize activities, workshops, meetings, and other events for fundraising or information purposes
  • Review written material, such as reports, briefs, speeches, presentations, and press releases
  • Develop promotional materials
  • Manage contracts
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and communications materials
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that develop and implement communication strategies and information programs
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that publicize activities and events on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services
  • Act as spokesperson for our organization
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other material
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media
  • Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
