Job Title: Culinary Expert for Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Grizz Hotel. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.

About the Role:

  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our guests
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and appeal to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
