The CNC Programmer is a key member of our production team, responsible for creating and maintaining computer programs for numerical controlled cutters. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain computer programs for numerical controlled cutters using True Nest or Master CAM software.
  • Work with shop floor and engineering prints to ensure machine code and programs are established and verified.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure part requirements are met.
  • Manage the cutting schedule as required by the production manager or program manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher.
  • 2-5 years of experience with True Nest or Master Cam software.
  • Proficient in Auto CAD and 3-axis drawing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems.
  • High proficiency in reading and interpretation of drawings.
  • Ability to communicate in French and English.
