**Responsabilités**

Soutien aux activités de soumission réglementaires relatives aux activités cliniques:

- Conversion des monographies de produits en un nouveau format.
- Aide à la préparation de documents pour les activités cliniques;
- Préparation d’un modèle de réponse (document des questions et réponses) pour répondre aux demandes de Santé Canada.
- Soutien aux activités et aux projets de chimie et de fabrication (CFC).
- Tâches liées aux documents certifiés d’information sur les produits (DCIP).
- Tâches liées aux demandes de licences d’établissement de produits pharmaceutiques (LEPP).
- Aide à la préparation de documents pour les activités de chimie, de fabrication et de contrôle (CFC).
- Préparation d’un modèle de réponse (document des questions et réponses) pour répondre aux demandes de Santé Canada.
- Soutien aux activités d’étiquetage et d’épreuves:

- Examiner les maquettes et les épreuves nécessaires au dépôt des documents réglementaires;
- Tenir à jour les outils de suivi, les bases de données et les registres de produit;
- Soutien aux activités du Programme d’accès spécial.
- Documents justificatifs liés aux demandes de médicaments du Programme d’accès spécial.
- Correspondance réglementaire et archivage des documents réglementaires.
- Archivage de la correspondance et des documents dans un répertoire électronique.
- Soutien aux activités de pharmacovigilance.
- Effectuer les activités requises.

**Etudes, Expérience et compétences requises**:

- Doit exceller à la communication et à la gestion du temps ainsi qu’être capable de travailler de façon autonome avec un minimum de supervision.
- Collaboration et partenariat : Capacité à travailler en partenariat avec d’autres (à l’interne et à l’externe).
- Aptitudes en communication: Bonnes aptitudes de communication pour transmettre et recevoir de l’information en anglais et en français.
- Compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation : Bonnes aptitudes à organiser le travail et à établir l’ordre de priorité des tâches.
- Souci du détail : Minutie et qualité du travail.

Support regulatory submission activities related to clinical activities:

- Tasks related to Certified Product Information Documents (CPID).
- Assistance in preparing documents for chemistry, manufacturing and control activities (CFC).
- Preparation of response template (Q&A document) to respond to Health Canada requests.
- Support for labeling and testing activities:

- Examine mock-ups and proofs required for regulatory filings;
- Maintain tracking tools, databases and product registries;
- Support Special Access Program activities.
- Regulatory correspondence and archiving of regulatory documents.
- Archiving of correspondence and documents in an electronic repository.
- Support pharmacovigilance activities.
- Perform required activities.

**Education, Experience and skills required**:

- Must excel at communication and time management as well as be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Collaboration and partnership: Ability to work in partnership with others (internally and externally).
- Communication skills: Good communication skills to transmit and receive information in English and French.
- Time management and organizational skills: Good ability to organize work and prioritize tasks.
