Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, preparing budget and cost estimates.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays, establishing work schedules and ensuring efficient workflow.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
