About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Mechanical Engineering team in Richmond, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and clients, to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the consulting engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.
