Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at TalentSphere Staffing Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in sales meetings with potential clients to discuss project opportunities
  • Develop and manage project schedules and budgets
  • Prepare and maintain project files and documentation
  • Manage change orders and requests from owners and consultants
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Review and approve subcontractor progress draws and claims
  • Prepare and submit project forecasts and progress reports
  • Ensure site superintendents have access to up-to-date project documents
  • Collaborate with superintendents to ensure project coordination and execution
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of project management experience in construction
  • University or college diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience with integrated project delivery contracts
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with project management software
  • Strong technical, business, and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel for site visits
