Job Title: Global Economics Practice Director - Product Management

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Economics Practice as a Director of Product Management. This role will be responsible for refining our products, developing and scaling new capabilities, and driving our go-to-market strategies as part of a cross-functional team of economists, data scientists, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the strategic plan for the Economics Practice's product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap from conceptualization to deployment at scale.
  • Define standards for execution and create feedback loops to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Coordinate across sales and execution functions as well as regions within Mastercard to enable regionalization within global standards.
  • Maintain visibility on performance against budget.
Requirements:
  • Technical fluency across economics, statistics, and data science disciplines.
  • Familiarity with the suite of economics consulting and data products in the market.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage complex projects and timelines effectively.
