Job Title: Global Economics Practice Director – Product Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Economics Practice Director – Product Management to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for refining our products, developing and scaling new capabilities, and driving our go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the strategic plan for the Economics Practice's go-to-market strategy

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for new products from conceptualization to deployment at scale

• Define standards for execution and create feedback loops to ensure continuous innovation and improvement

• Coordinate across sales and execution functions as well as regions within Mastercard to enable regionalization within global standards

• Maintain visibility on performance against budget

Requirements:

• Strong technical fluency across economics, statistics, and data science disciplines

• Familiarity with the suite of economics consulting and data products in the market

• Strong collaborator with the ability to coordinate teams across functions and time zones

• Demonstrated track record of stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage complex projects and timelines effectively
