Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision and Management
    • Assist with the supervision and management of new installations and modernization activities
    • Ensure systems are kept current and coordinate department activities
    • Support special projects and initiatives
  • Safety and Supervision Support
    • Implement customer and company requirements for quality, performance reliability, and safety
    • Support supervisors with special projects and initiatives
    • Maintain and update manpower lists
    • Maintain vacation schedules for field employees
    • Coordinate training activities
    • Review and create correspondence
    • Assist with field visitations
    • Support health and safety processes
  • Process and Quality Management
    • Provide support with capacity planning techniques
    • Assist with project cost control
    • Manage and update schedules
    • Maintain and update tool calibration database
    • Ensure ISO compliance

    Requirements
    • Education
      • Post-secondary degree in Business or Engineering
    • Experience
      • 2-3 years in the elevator industry or related experience
    • Skills

      • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
