Shift Manager Role

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of employees at beBee Professionals in Halifax, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.
  • Train, mentor, and manage team members, providing ongoing feedback and coaching.

Requirements:
