The successful candidate will lead our QA team in ensuring the highest quality software products meet business requirements.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, working on-site in St. John's Newfoundland, with flexibility to work remotely when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the QA team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Software Quality Assurance: Analyze business processes, participate in testing activities, and ensure product quality meets business requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the QA team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate software products, provide actionable feedback, and continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7 years' experience in Business Analysis and/or QA management/lead role.
  • Education: Post-secondary education (2+ year program).
  • Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and leadership skills.
