Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training and development.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, including managing inventory and supplies.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
