Food Service Manager

ANDALOS HOLDINGS LIMITED is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced food service establishment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our food and service.
