Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at The Bund Shanghai Cuisine & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Help with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
- Support the serving team by bringing clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and setting tables.
- Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
- Assist with handling and storing cleaning products, as well as removing kitchen garbage and trash.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen and dining room.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work 30 hours per week.
