About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at The Bund Shanghai Cuisine & Bar. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for our guests.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Inventory Management
    • Assist in the management of inventory levels and ordering of supplies.
    • Ensure that all inventory is properly stored and labeled.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to the kitchen and dining staff as needed.
    • Assist in the training of new staff members.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
  • Language
    • English.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
