About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, embodying the Tiffany touch in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, exceeding commercial targets through exceptional service and sales skills.
  • Deliver a personalized and memorable experience to every client, showcasing the Tiffany brand's commitment to excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including diamonds and precious stones, to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of diamonds and precious stones (diploma/accredited certification a plus).
  • A college/university degree.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages.
