Leadership Development Manager

We are Nadlan-Harris Property Management Inc, a company seeking an exceptional Leadership Development Manager to lead our team.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies. They will also be responsible for co-ordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and preparing and submitting reports.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to meet business objectives.
- Prepare and submit reports on work progress, productivity, and quality control.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of performance and compliance.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a permanent contract. The working hours will be approximately 30 hours per week. Fluency in English is required.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
