Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at BEST WESTERN PLUS. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that it is properly stocked and presented to customers.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock levels and ordering merchandise as needed to ensure that the store is always fully stocked.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial operations of the store, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and controlling expenses.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and staff, implementing measures to prevent theft and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
