- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular contact with customers, staff, and suppliers. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
