  • This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supervising truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of truck drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance the skills and knowledge of truck drivers.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Recommend personnel actions to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Transportation Management or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with transportation industry regulations and best practices.
