- Chef Supervision: Lead and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Food Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
