Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MEM URBAN DEVELOPMENT INC. as an Administrative Assistant - Support Role.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members, including opening and distributing mail, preparing meeting minutes, and maintaining office supplies.
- Training and Development: Train and support other team members in administrative tasks, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm meetings, and arrange travel itineraries, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
- Communication and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Utilize MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and communicate effectively.
- Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, and meeting tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
