Administrative Coordinator At CanAxis Immigration Solutions Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, coordinating and planning for office services, and assisting in the preparation of operating budgets. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, perform data entry, and assemble data for periodic and special reports. If you have a strong background in administration and are looking for a challenging role, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Responsibilities:

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
* Coordinate and plan for office services
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget
* Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
* Perform data entry
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

* Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
