About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at O Sushi. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize ordering and reduce waste.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to meet health and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
