About the Role

This key position plays a vital role in developing and implementing cutting-edge animation systems and concepts. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating high-quality animation content that sets the standard for our team.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Animator II with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the games industry and a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions. Your portfolio should demonstrate exceptional skills in animation mastery and the ability to grow and nurture others through mentorship and critique.

A strong understanding of competitive analysis and research is essential, as you'll be responsible for presenting opportunities to improve workflows and increase animation quality and efficiency. Your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and provide mocap direction will be crucial in driving project success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new animation systems and concepts to meet pre-visualization objectives
  • Create and deliver high-quality animation content from prototype to final quality
  • Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase animation quality and efficiency
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive project success
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the games industry
  • 4+ years as a Senior II Animator or equivalent
  • Demonstrated expertise in animation mastery and mentorship
  • Strong understanding of competitive analysis and research

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $153,100 to $206,200 USD, depending on location. Benefits include paid time off (3 weeks per year), sick time (80 hours per year), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) matching.
