Administrative Officer

OAPLE FOREST PRODUCTS LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative procedures and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
- Establish clear priorities and deadlines, and ensure that procedures are followed accordingly
- Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Post-secondary education, preferably in business administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a private sector setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
- A competitive salary of $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
