Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Childventures Early Learning Academy Inc. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our preschool and ensuring the well-being and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for children, including housekeeping and cooking duties.
  • Assist in preparing snacks and arranging rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide and assist children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
