Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Connecting Dots Clairmont School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them develop essential skills for future success.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that foster the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Design and lead activities that promote creativity, imagination, and learning through storytelling, music, and art.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the overall well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
Work Environment:
