Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Connecting Dots Clairmont School. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Plan and lead activities that promote creativity, imagination, and learning.
  • Supervise and support staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the health, safety, and well-being of children.

Requirements:

  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children and families.
