Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

Connecting Dots - Clairmont is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of young children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing child-care programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Supervise and engage children in activities that encourage creativity, socialization, and learning.
  • Prepare snacks and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Observe and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and need.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and ability to establish guidelines for behavior.
