We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Connecting Dots Clairmont School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Supervise staff, trainees, or volunteers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
  • Communicate with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns
  • Plan and lead activities that encourage creativity, socialization, and learning
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or supervisors

Requirements:
